Chef Sudhir Sibal is the Editor of India’s first premium Chef’s magazine for an international culinary audience – Cuisine Digest. Representing India as the Ambassador to World Chefs Without Borders, Chef Sibal is a WACS-approved culinary judge, who has superannuated as the Vice President (Hotels) of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC). He is the founder member of Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), Slow Food Chefs Alliance – India, and supports Chef activities across India and the globe.
